30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, applicable exclusively to defective items. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. We do not accept exchanges or returns for wrong sizes, so please double-check your measurements before ordering.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn or unused, with original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product as per our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
